1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for the Highline Warsaw Attraction (hereinafter: “Attraction”) through the online booking system available at www.highlinewarsaw.com or through official sales partners.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you (the “Customer”) accept these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use of Highline Warsaw, available HERE (we will add a hyperlink).
1.3. The admission ticket is a document that entitles you to enter the Attraction on the date and time slot selected by you. Admission outside the designated date/time may be denied.
2.1. The purchase of a ticket can only be made after:
2.2. Payments are made through a secure online payment system. Cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as online payment systems (such as BLIK).
2.3. Once payment is approved, the customer will receive a ticket via email in PDF form. The ticket must be printed or presented on a mobile device at the entrance.
2.4. The customer undertakes to enter correct data – incorrect data (e.g., e-mail address) does not constitute grounds for complaint or return.
3.1. Ticket prices include VAT and include access to the Attraction’s observation decks and public spaces on the selected date.
3.2. The price does not include additional services such as catering, tour guide, special events, photo shoots, etc.
3.3. The operator reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect tickets already purchased.
4.1. In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Law on Consumer Rights, tickets for cultural and recreational events held on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal (no refunds).
4.2. It is possible to change the date or time of an appointment once, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to the availability of a new date.
4.3. In case of cancellation by the Operator (e.g. due to weather, force majeure) – the Customer has the right to:

5.1. Entry to the Attraction is possible only with a valid ticket.
5.2. People with reduced tickets (e.g., children, students) are required to show the appropriate identity document at the entrance. In the absence of it – a surcharge for a regular ticket applies.
5.3. Each visitor is subject to security checks in accordance with the Terms of Use.
6.1. The customer is fully responsible for damage caused through his fault on the Attraction.
6.2. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to tickets, electronic devices, or items left unattended.
6.3. In case of violation of the rules of use – the customer may be ejected from the area of the Attraction without the right to a refund of the ticket.
7.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances (e.g., storms, alarms, security threats), the operator may suspend or cancel entries without obligation to pay compensation.
7.2. Closure of a part of the Attraction (e.g., elevator, outdoor terrace) for technical or weather reasons does not constitute grounds for a complaint, as long as the Customer has gained access to the rest of the exhibition.
8.1. Polish law shall apply to the contract concluded between the Customer and the operator of the Attraction.
8.2. Disputes that are not resolved amicably may be referred to a court with jurisdiction over the operator’s headquarters or to a consumer mediator.
