HIGHLINE WARSAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

(hereinafter referred to as the “Attraction”)

§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

(1) These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of Highline Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Attraction”) by:

  • individuals,
  • organized groups,
  • other persons authorized to be in the area of the Attraction.

(2) The purpose of the Regulations is to ensure the safety, comfort of visitors and protection of the infrastructure of the Attraction.

(3) The purchase of a ticket and staying in the Attraction area implies acceptance of these Regulations.

(4) Staying in the area of the Attraction is possible only during its opening hours and upon presentation of a valid admission ticket.

(5) Documents authorizing the purchase of a discounted ticket must be presented before the purchase or at the request of the staff.

6. on the territory of the Attraction is strictly prohibited:

  • smoking, e-cigarettes and use of open flames,
  • Entering, bringing in and bringing in animals (except guide and assistance dogs),
  • Bringing in weapons, ammunition and objects that can threaten life or health,
  • running, climbing on structural elements, security glazing or the building facade,
  • throwing any objects beyond the glass barriers of the terraces,
  • Use of drones without written permission from the Attraction operator,
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages (except in designated places),
  • disturbing public order, including being under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

7. it is prohibited to take dishes, glassware and cutlery beyond level 49.

8 Visitors agree to undergo security checks at the entrance. Refusal to submit to screening may result in non-admission to the Attraction.

§2 INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP TOURS

1. organized groups (more than 10 people) are required to book a date in advance.

(2) Group chaperones are responsible for the behavior of participants.

(3) Minors are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

(4) Children and young people under 16 years of age are allowed on the Attraction only when accompanied by an adult.

5 It is forbidden to bring:

  • Backpacks and bags exceeding the dimensions of 40x20x25 cm,
  • sharp objects,
  • food and alcohol.

(6) Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of intoxicants, behaving in a manner that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests, will not be allowed in and may be removed from the Attraction area.

(7) The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to persons whose behavior may interfere with the operation of the Attraction or violate the integrity of other visitors or employees.

§3 RESPONSIBILITY

(1) All persons in the area of the Attraction are obliged to obey the instructions of the staff and security services.

(2) The Attraction Operator is not responsible for items left unattended.

(3) In case of violation of these Rules, the operator reserves the right to expel the violator – without refunding the ticket.

(4) Each person shall be fully responsible for any damage caused by him in the Attraction area.

§4 COMMERCIAL PHOTO SHOOTS AND RECORDING

(1) The performance of commercial photo shoots, video recordings, advertising, product or promotional sessions on the premises of the Attraction requires the prior written consent of the operator and payment of a fee in accordance with the applicable price list.

(2) In case of violation of this prohibition, the operator reserves the right to terminate the session and charge the cost of using the space at commercial rates.

(3) Materials made during the visit may be used only for private, non-commercial purposes.

§5 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

(1) There is a video surveillance system in the Attraction area, recording images for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons and property.

(2) Personal data in the form of image shall be processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (RODO) and national legislation.

(3) The administrator of personal data is the operator of the Attraction.
