Sous Chef

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensuring food safety and keeping the kitchen clean
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering products
• Working with the kitchen team,
• Co-creation of new proposals for the menu and innovative approach to cooking.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of culinary techniques
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• Availability
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations,
• A diploma from a catering school will be an added advantage.
