Reservations Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Handling incoming group inquiries (email, phone, online forms).
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations and basic financial documents.
• Coordinate appointments and details with the operations team.
• Issue invoices and monitor payments for group bookings.
• Maintain and update customer database (schools, travel agencies, companies) in CRM system.
• Contact with B2B partners to confirm bookings and provide operational information.
• Support for the organization of study visits and fam trips (guest lists, confirmations, logistics).
• Reporting group sales results to the Sales Manager.
• Daily support to the sales team in preparing quotations, documentation and communication.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration (preferred in the travel industry).
• High attention to detail, excellent work organization and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment processes.
• Good knowledge of English (B1+/B2 level).
