Sales Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • Intercepting confirmed leads from the Sales Manager and supporting the bid preparation process.
  • Develop detailed briefs and schedules for events.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Guest Experience, etc.) and external suppliers.
  • Prepare and communicate a detailed event charter (function sheet) to enable operational teams to effectively execute the event.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the client during the planning and execution stages of the event (confirmations, changes, checklists).
  • Participation in pre-event meetings.
  • Ensure compliance of operations with applicable brand standards and safety requirements.
  • Represent Highline Warsaw at industry events, presentations and B2B meetings.
  • Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the event, hospitality or MICE industry in positions related to event coordination or creation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external partners.
  • High personal culture and ability to represent a premium brand.
  • Attention to detail, self-reliance, and resistance to stress.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
