1. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

To exercise your rights, write to info@highlinewarsaw.com or to: Magnicity Warsaw Sp. z o.o., 59 Złota St., 00-120 Warsaw.

We respond within one month. If the request is complicated, we will inform you of the extension.

We respond in the form in which we received the request, unless you ask for another form (e.g., by telephone).

2. YOUR RIGHTS

RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to know how we process your data. The extent of the information depends on whether we received the data directly from you or from other sources.

RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR DATA
You can obtain a copy of your data and ask us about: 1) the purpose of the data processing, 2) what data we process, 3) to whom we transfer the data, 4) how long we keep the data, 5) whether we profile and make automated decisions, 6) whether we transfer the data outside the EEA. You have the right to a copy of your data.

RIGHT OF CORRECTION
You can request correction of incorrect data and completion of incomplete data.

RIGHT TO REMOVE DATA
You can request deletion of data if: 1) the data are no longer needed, 2) you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other basis for processing, 3) the data were processed unlawfully, 4) deletion is required by law.

RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING
You can limit processing when: 1) you question the correctness of the data, 2) the processing is unlawful, but you do not want the deletion, 3) we no longer need the data, but you need it for claims proceedings, 4) you have raised an objection. We will only store and process limited data for claim proceedings, to protect the rights of others, or for valid public reasons.

RIGHT TO TRANSFER OF DATA
You can receive your data in machine-readable format and request that it be sent to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract by automated means.

RIGHT TO OBJECT ON THE BASIS OF YOUR SPECIAL SITUATION
You can object on the basis of your special situation when we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest. We may disregard it if we demonstrate a valid legal basis overriding your interests or grounds for a claim.

RIGHT TO OBJECT
If we process your data for direct marketing on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object to such processing, including marketing-related profiling, if any.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
If you have given your consent to processing, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the legality of prior processing.

RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATED DECISIONS
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produce legal effects or materially affect you. If we make such decisions, we will inform you.

COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You can file a complaint to the supervisory authority, especially in the country of your residence, work or place of violation. In Poland, this is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 1A Moniuszki Street, 00-014 Warsaw.
