Hostess / Host

Your responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests at the entrance
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist guests with special requests, such as seat selection preferences
• Monitor wait times and adjust guest placement for greater efficiency
• Handling customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of English and Polish to communicate freely,
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
