Guest Experience Supervisor

Your responsibilities :

• Provide quality service to visiting guests in admission areas i.e., gift store, photo booth, VR Experience, , elevator service and reception,
• Monitor,respond to incoming inquiry and ensure timely and professional communication with customers and partners,
• Supervise and support the service team to ensure the highest quality of service,
• Monitor visitor interaction, ensuring a friendly and professional environment,
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service,
• Oversee daily store operations, including store opening/closing, cleanliness and merchandise display,
• Inventory management: placing orders and replenishing goods,
• Correctly process payments for products in the checkout system,
• Cooperation with other departments,
• Ensure and plan sales promotion activities and execute them effectively to achieve budget in all subordinate areas,
• Proactively contact guests regarding satisfaction and solicit feedback to take appropriate action as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or related field,
• Strong leadership and communication skills,
• Ability to deal with difficult situations,
• Availability-shift work,
• Good knowledge of j. Polish and j. English,
• Positive attitude and problem solving skills with a passion for guest service.
