Guest Experience Assistant

Your responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors with a positive and professional attitude,
• Provide information about the facility, amenities, topography of the facility,
• Handling cash registers and processing transactions (selling tickets, checking reservations, operating the gift store),
• Providing product information and recommendations,
• Monitor inventory and report any shortages,
• Creating a friendly atmosphere through professional service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience preferred,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of English and Polish,
• Ability to work as a team and positive attitude.
