Information clause on the processing of personal data for persons whose data are processed in connection with visiting or using the functionality of the fanpage “Magnicity Warsaw” on Facebook

(b) in connection with the processing of statistical data about: (i) your activity on the fanpage and (ii) your use of Messenger in connection with the fanpage, the controller is the Administrator and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited with its registered office at Serpentine Avenue, Block J, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Meta Ireland”), together acting as joint controllers. 3. purposes and basis of processing

Personal data processed in connection with visiting or using the fanpage will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Administer and manage the fanpage, including ensuring order, user security and communication;
  • conducting communications via Messenger;
  • establish, assert or defend against claims.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) or other required basis.

4 Data sources

Personal data comes from data subjects and other sources available to the public or through Facebook services.

5 Data categories

The Administrator processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Identifying information (e.g., name, login, profile photo);
  • Contact information (e.g., email address);
  • Activity data on fanpage and Messenger (e.g., comments, likes, messages);
  • Technical data (e.g. IP, device data, browser).
6 Data recipients

Data may be transferred to the following recipients:

  • Co-administering entities (e.g., Meta Ireland);
  • entities that process data on behalf of the Administrator;
  • authorized public bodies under the law.
