Your responsibilities:

• Preparing dishes according to accepted standards,
• Ensuring the freshness of ingredients and their proper storage
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen,
• Operation of kitchen equipment
• Monitor inventory and replenish as needed,
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cook min. 1 year,
• Good knowledge of modern culinary techniques,
• Knowledge of HACCP principles,
• Good organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Graduation from a culinary school is welcome.
